How do I stop money leaving the showroom without my approval?
In AutoSync every outflow is first recorded as a request waiting for approval, and it only leaves the cash box when the owner or the accountant approves it in "Needs you". That covers car purchases, preparation, rent, salaries and bills, partner and consignor payouts, commissions, and even the owner's own withdrawals.

How do approvals work?

The request
The owner, manager or accountant records the outflow as a request. Sales reps cannot request spending.

Counted from the first moment
From the moment it is requested, the amount is taken out of the real balance, so you never spend it twice.

The approval
The owner or the accountant approves or declines it in "Needs you" on their phone.

The payout
Only after approval does the money leave the cash box and get recorded. A decline moves nothing.
